Bulldoggs receive first round bye

The Winder-Barrow High School boys basketball team will have to wait to see who its first-round opponent in the Region 8-AAAA tournament will be.

Coach Eli Connell's squad will host a second-round contest Saturday at 8:30 p.m., but will have to see who wins the Loganville-Salem game.

The Bulldoggs won the subregion championship for the regular season with a 9-1 mark.
