Raider softball team sweeps Lanier in region tourney

The Raider softball team swept Lanier in the two of three region tournament series Saturday 8-3 and 14-2.

Randee Bettis was the winning pitcher in game one and Alexis Damron picked up the game 2 win. The Raiders will now advance to the Region 8-AAAA finals on Thursday versus Walnut Grove at Raider Field.
