The Lady Hawks picked up two area wins Tuesday night with victories over Meadowcreek and Peachtree Ridge.
Mill Creek took both matches in two games, beating Meadowcreek 25-7 and 25-9 and topping the Lady Lions by scores of 25-12 and 25-12.
The Hawks were led by Lauren Rhodes with16 kills and Mo Simmons with 11 kills. Ashley Jackson had 37 assists and eight aces. Bre’ona Avery added six aces for the night.
The wins bring Mill Creek’s record to 22-12 overall.
The Lady Hawks take the court again on Thursday when they play host to Berkmar and Parkview. Matches begin at 4:55 p.m. in Hoschton.
