Former Dragon Brandon Mosley picked up by defending champs in NFL draft

FORMER Jefferson football player Brandon Mosley was selected Saturday by the defending Super Bowl champion New York Giants in the fourth round of the NFL draft with the 131st pick.

Mosley, who played for the Dragons from 2003-2006, started at right tackle for Auburn the last two seasons. The 6-6, 315-lb. Mosley took over as a starter in game four of the 2010 season as a junior and helped Auburn win a national title that year.
