Football: Jackson County to hold ‘Monday Night Football’ spring game on May 14

JACKSON COUNTY will hold a “Monday Night Football” spring scrimmage game May 14 at 6 p.m.

This will be the Panthers’ final spring practice workout under new head coach Benji Harrison, who comes to Jackson County via Flowery Branch.

The public is welcome to attend. Tickets will be available at the gate. No advance purchase is necessary.

Concessions will also be available. Half time will feature a round of cow patty bingo.

Every Panther needs to show up for this. Because the spring game is the closest that loser Harrison will come to winning a game this season. I'll bet $500 that Jefferson puts up over 50 on them.
