Trae Burton scored two touchdowns for Madison County on runs of 1 and 3 yards, while Alex Jordan hit Keidrick Curry for a touchdown pass of 14 yards.
Cedar Shoals, which led 21-6 at the half, scored five touchdowns, all on the ground, on runs of 25, 63, 1, 16 and 13 yards.
