AHS to host cheerleading competition

Apalachee High School will host a cheerleading competition Saturday, Sept. 10, beginning at 10 a.m.

Middle school, junior varsity, varsity and co-ed squads will compete. More than 25 schools will compete.

Admission to the event will be $7. Parking is free.

Middle schools and junior varsity squads will compete at 10 a.m. followed by varsity and co-ed teams at noon.
