The No. 4-ranked team in the state rolled into W. Clair Harris Stadium Friday night and left town with a 64-7 victory.
Flowery Branch showed why it is expected to contend for the region title, and possible more, this season. The Falcons improve to 2-0 overall and 2-0 in Region 8-AAAA while the WBHS Bulldoggs are now 0-2 (0-2).
WBHS will travel to Madison County next Friday.
See Wednesday's print edition of the Barrow Journal for complete football coverage.
