It’s time for local all stars to hit the diamond and face the top Little Leaguers in Northeast Georgia.
Here’s a schedule of Madison County’s upcoming Georgia District 7 all star action:
•9-10-year-old all stars (at Madison County) — Teams include (pool A) Madison County, Toccoa, Franklin County, (pool B) Rabun County, Hart County and Habersham. Madison County opens play at 1 p.m., Saturday, June 25, versus Toccoa. They play again at 6 p.m., Tuesday, June 28, versus Franklin County. The district semifinals will be played Thursday, June 30, at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
•10-11-year-old all stars (at Madison County) — Teams include Madison County, Franklin County, Hart County, Toccoa and Habersham. Madison County opens the tournament Saturday, June 25, at 3:30 p.m. against Toccoa. If they lose, they’ll play again at 8:30 p.m. If they win, they’ll play again at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
•11-12-year-old all stars (at Habersham) — Teams include Habersham, Madison County, Rabun County, Hart County, Franklin County and Toccoa. Madison County will open the tournament Saturday, July 2, at 1 p.m. versus Habersham. The squad will then take on Franklin County at 6 p.m., Wednesday, July 6. The tournament semifinals will be held at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., Friday, July 8.
•Junior League all stars (at Habersham) — Teams include Franklin County, Toccoa, Habersham and Hart County.
•Senior League all stars (at Habersham) — Teams include Madison County, Habersham, Franklin County and Toccoa. Madison County will open play Saturday, July 2, at 6:30 p.m., versus Habersham. The loser will play at Tuesday, July 5, 8:30 p.m. The winner will play at 6 p.m., Tuesday, July 5.
•9-and-10-year-old softball all stars (at Rabun County) — Teams include Madison County, Rabun County, Habersham, Franklin County, Toccoa, Hart County. Madison County opens play at 1 p.m., Saturday, June 25, versus Rabun County. The team plays again Monday, June 27, at 8:30 p.m. versus Toccoa. The tournament semifinals will be Thursday, June 30, at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The championship game will be Friday, July 1.

Madison County opens the tournament, Saturday, June 25, at 1 p.m. versus Franklin County. If they win, they’ll play Rabun County at 6 p.m., Monday, June 27. •Senior League softball all stars (at Rabun County) — Teams include Madison County, Rabun County, Toccoa and Hart County. Madison County opens the tournament at 8:30 pm., Monday, June 27. If they win, they’ll play at 6 p.m. Tuesday. If they lose, they’ll play at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.
