Three MCHS players named to all region baseball team

Three Madison County High School players received “all-region” honors in baseball for the 2011 season.

Senior Dylan Chandler was named to the Region 8-AAAA first team as a utility player. And Matt Savage, a senior, earned a spot on the all-region first team as a pitcher.

Meanwhile, Kyle Dean, a senior, was named to the second team all-region squad as a designated hitter.

J Ben Hardman,,Haden Martin and Brock Turner also received “honorable mention” honors on the all-region team.
