Football: Wilson commits to Emory & Henry

After all those travels, sorting through numerous opportunities and lots of hard work both on the field and in the classroom, Wilson has signed on with NCAA Division III Emory & Henry College in Emory, Va.

He is enrolled for the 2011 fall semester and has received the college’s highest award, the Patrick Henry Scholarship.

Wilson said that playing football at the college level was a part of his decision making process, but most importantly he found that E & H is a community “with a mission and a long history of transforming lives and increasing excellence.”

Emory & Henry is a member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) and is ranked among the top 30 liberal arts colleges and universities in the nation.
Wilson plans to pursue a major in both chemistry and biology while playing football.
Wilson becomes the third football player in EJCH’s four-year history to play at the collegiate level.
