Lady Eagles Wrap Up Season

The East Jackson Lady Eagles golf team saw its season come to a close last week, as the Eagles took part in the 8AA Region Tournament at Scales Creek Country Club in Banks County.

The Lady Eagles placed ninth with a score of 241. They trailed region champion Elbert County (169), Jefferson (178), Banks County (182), Jackson County (204), Hart County (211), Dawson County (212), Rabun County (213) and North Oconee (213).

Victoria Nixon led East Jackson with a 120. She was followed by Caroline Hicks (121) and Makimsey Morris (122).
