Soccer: JHS boys fall at region

The Jefferson boys’ team’s season ended with a 2-0 loss to East Hall Tuesday on the road.

“We had opportunities but couldn’t capitalize,” Jefferson coach Jacob Marble said.

Jefferson, which qualified as a no. 3 seed, was making its first-ever playoff appearance Tuesday.

The Dragons finished the year 5-7. That included a 4-2 mark in 8-AA South subregion play.
