Eagle Netters Fall To Jackson Co.

The East Jackson netters wrapped up their regular season last week, including a home stand against in-county rival Jackson County.

Things didn’t go well for the tennis Eagles, as the boys fell 3-2 to the Panthers, while the girls were swept 5-0 to the Lady Panthers.

East Jackson was slated to travel to Rabun County on Thursday. Results were unavailable at press time.

Region tournament play is scheduled to start on April 14 at North Oconee High School.
