The Commerce men’s golf team is riding a three-match win streak after wins over Banks County and Athens Christian.
This will be another busy week, as they play three matches.
The boys were scheduled to open Tuesday at Double Oaks against Riverside Military Academy. Results were unavailable at press time.
Both teams will return to action today (Wednesday), as they host Jefferson and East Jackson at Double Oaks. They will hit the road on Thursday, traveling to Trophy Club where they will face Hebron Christian and Prince Avenue.
The Commerce golf teams faced Banks County at Hammers Glen last Thursday. The boys won 202-205.
Austin Patterson paced the Tigers with a 48, followed by Dylan Young, 50, and Jonathan Book and Dalton Dean, 52.
The girls fell 100-109. Emmie Burley shot a 54 and Haley Chestnut a 55.
On Friday, the boys hosted Athens Christian at Double Oaks, beating out the Eagles 192-202.
Patterson and Young both shot 46, while Tyler Childs and Book both shot 50.
