Eagle Golfers Host Commerce, Jefferson

The East Jackson boys’ golf team fell to Oglethorpe County at Jennings Mill Country Club last week, 176-234.

Individual scores were unavailable at press time.

With Oglethorpe not having a girls’ team, the Lady Eagles sat the match out, using the time to practice and hold an inter-squad match.

Both teams were slated to face Banks County at Hammers Glen on Tuesday. Results of that match were unavailable at press time.

East Jackson returns home today (Wednesday) to host Commerce and Jefferson at Double Oaks.
