The Winder-Barrow High School Diamond Doggs got a glimpse into the life of a professional baseball player during the weekend.
A two-day, three-game swing in allowed the players to travel, stay overnight and focus on the sport. When the dust had settled, the WBHS team was 2-2 overall (the Bulldoggs had played earlier in the week) and coach Brian Smith was pleased with the way his team handled the beginning of the season.
