The Lady Panthers’ fast-pitch softball had a run in with bad luck after facing the number one ranked Oconee County last Thursday falling 6-0 to the Warriors.
The ladies came back from an extended weekend to face Clarke Central Tuesday for the win 14-6.
The Lady Panthers were at Clarke-Central Tuesday in a non-region match up. The Lady Panthers pulled a 14-6 win out of the game despite several mistakes. Haley Shinall struck out 10 only giving up one run. Ashleigh Lance went two for four with three RBIs. Each Lady Panther had at least one hit in Tuesday’s game.
Jackson County’s fast-pitch softball team will be looking for a win Thursday when they face Hart County on the road.
