Leopards fall to Washington-Wilkes

The Banks County High School football team made the long trip to Washington-Wilkes High School Friday night.

Unfortunately for the Leopards, it was an even longer trip home as the host Tigers recorded a 39-14 victory. The loss spoiled the season opener for BCHS (0-1) who will make its home debut this Friday against Riverside Military Academy at 7:30 p.m.
