For those of you with an impatient nature, (I count myself as one of those) I’m sure you wondered if this week would ever arrive.
Well, it has. The Banks County High School football team will take to the field this Friday night for a game that counts in the standings. It’s here folks. It’s time to put the football on the kicking tee and see what happens.
After weeks, months even, of offseason work by coach Blair Armstrong’s team, it all begins for real this Friday night. The Leopards will venture to Washington-Wilkes to see what the early stages of the 2008 campaign has in store.
