Tigers Travel To Madison Co. Tues.

The Commerce Tigers cross country teams are scheduled to take part in their second meet of the season next week, as they travel to Danielsville on Tuesday, Sept. 21.

The Tigers will enter the meet fresh off their season opener at Rabun Gap on Sept. 14. Results of that meet were unavailable at press time.

Senior Jeffery Henderson will lead his teammates, including third-year runners Zan Peek and Jonathan Leffew, along with several first-year runners. The girls will be led by senior Sierra Martinez.

Following Tuesday’s meet, Commerce will travel to Banks County on Sept. 30 before taking part in the MainStreet Meet at Jefferson on Oct. 12.
