The Madison County Lady Raiders are 6-1 for the season after shutting down North Oconee Monday night.
With Apalachee visiting today, (Thursday) at 7 p.m., Madison County looks for a region win before finishing up the delayed Leadoff Classic on Saturday.
Against Apalachee, the Wildcats have a one game advantage in the series between the schools, 4-3, since 2008.
