The Lady Leopards took one on the chin last Friday as Banks County recorded it’s first loss during the first round of the Threads Invitational at Stephens County.
Several errors contributed to the loss in what coaches said should have been a 3-0 game turned into a 7-0 game with Banks being on the short end.
The loss was brushed aside as the Lady Leopards rebounded on Saturday morning in the second round of the tournament as Banks County played the host, Stephens County. A 4-1 win over the Indians leaves the girls with a 3-1 record two weeks into the season.
