After a week of practice, the Banks County Lady Leopards softball team has already shown that the girls have a drive to win, picking up the first two summer league games last Thursday.
Despite the win, the Lady Leopards still have plenty of work ahead before the season begins in August.
"The girls are working hard and getting better," said head coach Dean Goodwin. Goodwin, who begins his second season as the coach for the team, measures success simply and succinctly - to win.
