Football season is still a few months away, so now is the perfect time for the Banks County Leopards to start getting into shape.
The Leopards started spring practice on Monday and even with the rain, coach Blair Armstrong had the players out and running drills. Banks is looking to improve on last season’s 2-8 record.
Banks County suffered several setbacks during the previous season and by about mid-schedule the team was playing with the fourth and fifth string as injuries and sickness sidelined several. With the approaching season, coach Blair Armstrong and his staff are hoping to keep the boys healthy and put the Leopards back on track in the win column.
