Last week was a rough one for the diamond Leopards. Banks County’s baseball team took three on the chin against three very tough region opponents, leaving the Leopards with an 8-8 record entering into the last week of play.
Coach Joe Lord said that he hopes last week motivated the team into doing better this week.
“It's been a long time since we've had a week this rough, but it should make us want to go out the last week and work that much harder,” Lord said. “We're going to keep trying to get better and get back on track.”
