Jefferson splits with Prince Avenue

The Jefferson golf teams returned to action this week, facing off against Prince Avenue Christian at Traditions Golf Course on Tuesday.

For the boys, it was another victory, as they beat Prince Avenue 175-194.

Michael Baker led the Dragons, shooting a 40 to tie two players from Prince Avenue. Josh Flowers shot a 43. Patrick Hilton and Austin each shot a 46. In all, Jefferson had six golfers under 46.

The girls came up just short against Prince Avenue, shooting a 112 to PAC’s 104.

Hanna Chapman led the Lady Dragons with a 56, while Brooke Whelchel also shot a 56.
