EJCHS Takes Second, Third

The East Jackson track teams picked up second and third-place finishes last week leading into this week’s spring break.

Last Tuesday, East Jackson played host to Oglethorpe County, Riverside and Rabun County.

The boys came away with a second-place effort, scoring 78 points to winner Oglethorpe’s 85.5. Riverside placed third with 71 points while Rabun County trailed with 18.

The girls, meanwhile, placed third with 51.5 points to Oglethorpe’s 62.5 and Rabun County’s 56.

After spring break, East Jackson will resume its season with a trip to JHS for the Jefferson Relays on April 10.
