Pro Cup tour returns to Gresham Saturday

While the new beginnings are a common bond for the race series and the racetrack, so is the past. GMP was one of the favorite hangouts for USAR as the division competed at the Gresham several track times from 1997 through 2007. Clay Rogers, who won the most recent USAR event at GMP on June 2, 2007, is also entered when the division will make its return to Gresham Motorsports Park this Saturday, March 27.

The GMP race card will be highlighted by a 250-lap USARacing Pro Cup main event along with features in the Outlaw Late Models, Renegades and Mini-Stocks making this one of the most action-packed shows on the GMP schedule this season.

Joining Rogers as drivers who have pre-entered Saturday’s event are former USAR Pro Cup champion Benny Gordon, Caleb Holman, Brian Silas, Jeff Agnew and Billy Bigley, Jr.
