The Jefferson Sea Dragons have been showing spirit at the past few swim meets.

At the June 14 NGSL Pentathlon in Winder, only the best swimmers participated.

The Sea Dragons had 17 swimmers attend and eight finished in the top 10 of their age group. [Full Story »]

It’s never too early to start preparing for your next season.

Just ask the members of the Commerce Tigers wrestling team, who have been working throughout the month to prepare for their upcoming winter season.

Coach Kendall Love said upwards of 20 wrestlers have been attending, and working to keep themselves in shape for the 2008-2009 wrestling season. [Full Story »]
