JCCHS basketball kids camp to be held Nov. 7

The Panther Basketball Kids Day Camp will be held on Nov. 7, from 8:30 a.m. through noon at the Jackson County Comprehensive High School gym.

The camp is for children ages 6-14, with a cost of $15 per child.

The camp will be run by the JCCHS boy’s basketball coaching staff and the 2009-2010 JCCHS boys basketball team.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of basketball and will receive group as well as one-on-one instruction.

Activities include a three on three tournament, as well as a shooting contest with prizes to be awarded.
