This Friday’s game for Apalachee High School will not have the hype surrounding it as the previous week’s contest, but it is certainly no less important.
For with a victory this Friday against visiting Heritage, the Wildcats can make school history. A win would wrap up the first ever football region title as AHS would seal the deal for the No. 1 seed from Region 8-AAAA for 2009.
For that reason, Wildcat head coach Shane Davis expects his players to be focused and ready once kickoff arrives.
