Palm earns awards at fitness competition

Demitrie Keith Palm competed in the SuperNatural Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship held Saturday, Oct. 3, at the Southern Polytech State University in Marietta.

Palm placed third in the Open Mens Tall Division and fourth place in the Mens Masters.

“The day of the competition is a very, very long day and you have to be prepared mentally as well as physically,” Palm said. “You can’t be filled with doubt, wondering if so-and-so looks better. You’ve trained hard and have eaten clean for several months. It’s about you, period.”
