The Jackson County Lady Panthers are looking to put a couple more wins on the board this week after suffering losses to Apalachee and Morgan County.
Jackson County will next face Apalachee and Madison County at Apalachee on Thursday.
Start time is scheduled for 5 p.m.

Lady Panthers travel to Apalachee Thurs.
Last Thursday was Senior Night for the Lady Panthers as seniors Valicity Caufman, Charlotte Foster, Natalia Rendon, Samantha Moua and Chris Thao were honored.
The team played hard in two matches, but could not pull off a win. First they lost to Apalachee 2-0, with set scores of 25-16 and 25-19.
Jackson County next faced Morgan County, and again came up short, losing 2-0 with set scores of 25-15 and 25-17.
“I feel like my team continues to get better, yet is having trouble finishing,” said coach Crystal Colley. “Once a team gets up on us by four, we shut down. We are working on mental toughness.
“We look forward to area and our final six regular season matches coming up. Our goal is to improve our record and get six wins.”
