Lady Panthers fall to Hart, Oconee Co.

It’s been a rough season so far for the Lady Panthers varsity volleyball team, as they continue to look for their first win of the season.

Their next opportunity will come Thursday, as Jackson County will travel to Lakeview Academy to face the Lady Lions as well as Jefferson.

Start time is scheduled for 6 p.m.

The Lady Panthers traveled to Hart County to face the Lady Bulldogs on Sept. 1. They came away with a 2-0 loss with set scores of 25-12 and 25-16.

Jackson County was also slated to face Eastside. Results of that match were unavailable at press time.

Next up was a trip to Oconee County last Thursday. Jackson County came out on the short end of a 2-0 score, with set scores of 25-6 and 25-14.

The Lady Panthers also faced North Oconee, coming away with a 2-0 loss. Set scores were 25-11 and 25-9.
