Comer’s ‘Hog Rocket’ claims $1,200 purse in Limited Late Model race

Comer’s Bubba “Hog Rocket” Russell took home the fat check for $1,200 after winning the Limited Late Model race at Hartwell Speedway.

Russell also took second in the Crate Late Model division.

Comer was well-represented over the weekend as another Comer driver, Jimmy Little, enjoyed a repeat performance in Advanced Four Cylinder class, winning his second in a row.

Colbert’s Robin Collins nabbed second in the Street Stock race. (See this week’s Madison County Journal for a complete list of results).
