Braselton’s Shane Sawyer started up front and finished in the same place, recording another Pro Late Model victory at Lanier National Speedway Saturday night.
Sawyer fell back on the drop of the green flag, and then charged back to take the lead on the fourth lap. He would lead the next 46 circuits to take the victory.
It was a double race night for the truck division, as it was a make-up night for last week’s rain out. Kristin Wallace recorded her first win of the year in one race, while Paul Antley recorded his seventh victory of 2009 in the other.

Sawyer, Hill win at Lanier Nat’l Speedway
Jeff Chadwick picked up a win in one of the Open Wheel Modified events, while Jason Bates took the other. Chadwick also won in Iceman competition, while Chris Holbrook recorded a win in the second Icemen event.
Jefferson’s Steve Hill won his seventh race of the year in the Mini-Stock division.
