Braselton’s Shane Sawyer started up front and finished in the same place, recording another Pro Late Model victory at Lanier National Speedway Saturday night.
Sawyer fell back on the drop of the green flag, and then charged back to take the lead on the fourth lap. He would lead the next 46 circuits to take the victory.
It was a double race night for the truck division, as it was a make-up night for last week’s rain out. Kristin Wallace recorded her first win of the year in one race, while Paul Antley recorded his seventh victory of 2009 in the other.
Jefferson’s Steve Hill recorded his seventh win of the season in the Mini-Stock division at Lanier National Speedway Saturday night. Pictured left to right in victory lane is Sunny Day Carter, Steve Hill Jr., Steve Hill and Melissa Hill.
