The splashing lasted most of the day at the Winder YMCA pool last Saturday as the Barracudas hosted 270 swimmers for the North Georgia Swim League’s annual pentathalon.
A total of 11 teams were represented and 32 Barracuda swimmers took part in the event.
Swimmers had to participate in the butterfly, breaststroke, freestyle and individual medley. The times from all five events were compiled for the final awards.
The Winder Barracudas were the host team for the North Georgia Swim League’s annual pentathlon Saturday. The event, held at the Winder YMCA, featured 11 teams from the Northeast Georgia area including Barrow swimmer Megan Lance.
