Winder-Barrow High School baseball coach Brian Smith had hoped for some more offensive output from his team.
Perhaps it was the emotion of the moment playing against their cross county rival, but the Diamond Doggs put 17 runs on the board in three innings against Apalachee High School Friday afternoon. The only problem was WBHS was not able to record three additional outs before the game was called off because of weather conditions.
