The April 1 golf tournament sponsored by the Banks County All Sports Booster Club was a soggy affair.
Earlier rains forced the carts to remain off the grass and provided the golfers with exercise as the Lauderdale style tournament got under way.
Winning first place was the Southern Concrete team of Dwight Standridge, Keith Gowder, Gene Ivey and Jason Lord.
Second place was the First Georgia Bank team and third place went to the Yearwood Plumping team.
In individual contests, the closest to the pin on hole 17 was Gary Watkins. While the longest drive on hole 7 came from Dwight Standridge.
